November 10, 2007 - A Delta 4-Heavy rocket blasts off from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station's Pad 37B at 8:50 p.m.

On board was the Defense Support Program 23 spacecraft, the last in a series of eye-in-the-sky satellites designed to spot enemy missile launches and nuclear explosions.
