DSP-23 (Delta 4-Heavy)
Approx. 50 seconds after lift-off, the Heavy is streaking skyward with it's characteristic 3-flame exhaust.
The center booster's engine has been throttled back to 57 percent thrust to conserve fuel and the other two boosters continue firing at full throttle (102 percent thrust).
