On January 25, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. EST, A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launched the Transporter 1 mission, a rideshare flight with 143 small microsatellites and nanosatellites and 10 Starlink satellites, setting a record for number of spacecraft on a single mission.
The Falcon 9 flew into a sun-synchronous polar orbit making it only the second time for a polar launch from the Space Coast in 60 years.
